No luck with Homecoming Weather

Well Sunday was another wash out.  It is starting to look like there might not be a homecoming parade this year.  The football season is over in two weeks and the band is committed to their own home show (October 24) and Syracuse on October 31.  In addition November 7 is an SAT and subject testing date.  So the only other date is Sunday, November 8.  Should we try for that day?  Let me know your opinion.

    Hi Dr. Nagler,
I’ve brought this suggestion to my PTA president, and now that I see I can give it to you directly, I am doing so. My suggestion is that the Homecoming Parade should be on the same day as the Mineola Athletic Association parade. We would have an amazing turnout! The streets would already be closed, the policy escort is in place and there are a TON of kids. I believe last year’s parade was the end of April… what do you think?
    Sincerely,
    Heather Duffy

We defenitely have to have a parade, it doesn’t matter when it is. Fall or spring as long as it happens.

we need a parade. Its not fair to the people who spent hours on the float and the girls who bought dresses and spent hours on there hair and make up! we should just wait until spring and have one then!
