How about the new apps?

I visited Jackson’s fifth grade today to see if they liked any of the new apps recently installed.  “State stacker” seemed to be the biggest hit.  Thanks Mike D. for showing me how to use it.  I was also very impressed with several KeyNote presentations.  Keynote is Apple’s version of Power point.  Students did several research projects that they were able to show me.  Thanks to Nicholas (Hurricane Katrina), Hadley (raccoons), Teresa (Burns) and Sara (poison ivy).  Mr. Gaven, Ms. Zaleski and Mrs. Rivera attended a seminar yesterday where they learned even more exciting features for the ipads! Their enthusiasm is contagious.  Keep up the great work.
