I too have the same problem. With children in both Willis and Jackson I dont see how I could possibly manage to get all of my children where they need to be at the exact same time. Is there a plan to accommodate the families that this time change will impact?
Will Willis Avenue still have bussing next year? There is a conflict for the dismissal times of Willis and Jackson Ave. Also, the new start time of Jackson will also interfere with morning bus pick up for a majority of Willis Ave. students who are siblings of Jackson Ave. students who don’t get bussing. I know I will be affected as the bus pick up time for Willis Ave in my area has historically been 8:45 am and now Jackson’s start time is about the same time.
