almost, maine
This year’s fall drama production was a little known play called almost, maine. The play is a series of vignettes that focus on love. The scenes were humorous but dealt with serious topics. Kudos to Mr. DeLuca, Ms. Sloane and Mr. Owens. Here are some of my observations:
- A lot of new comers this year (or at least they are new comers to me) Stephanie Flaum, Dylan Randazzo, Aldany Diaz, Mr. Parke and Mr. Tunkel- where have I been?
- I had no idea who they are-I do now.
- Eric Timlin, Michelle Serna, Gabby Ward- That scene really hit home.
- Emily – I think you stole the show
- Danny and Joe- you two never disappoint
- Neha- I thought your mother was going to have a heart attack
Congrats to everyone in the production- once again an excellent show and evidence that Drama is alive and well in Mineola. Bring on the musicals!

Almost…wanted to scream at one point!!! My husband and I were totally taken aback by her performance and her role!! SInce we had no clue… I was on the edge of my seat while she was on stage! A great performance by all but surely blown away by Neha’s talents!! Thank you Mr. DeLuca for helping Neha have an opportunity to enjoy Theatre Arts!
