Mystery Reader

Mrs. Wilson invited me to be the mystery reader in her class at Meadow today.  She asked me to supply the first graders some clues to guess my identity.  Here is my list:

• Some people call me “the boss”
•  I am a professional story teller
•  I am called Dr. – but don’t come to me if you are sick
•  Every day I try to comb my hair but I can’t !
• I am in charge of 84,000,000 dollars

 

Much to my surprise Chloe figured out it was me!  We had a wonderful time sharing our favorite fastest animals and I read a Mo Willems book.  I also told them the story of Phidippides; with a few embellishments!
