Rumors

Well they did it again.  This years production of Neil Simon’s Rumors was worthy of Broadway.  Throughout most of the production I forgot I was in a High School.  Performing a farce requires expert timing and is often considered the most difficult acting.  Congrats to Siobhan Adams, John Watts, Karen Sellinger, Rob Steinmann, Kate DiLavore, Nate Williams, Kara Olsen, Jack Farley, Hoyoung Sin and Gabriella Dziorny.  The crew was also exceptional led by Emily Willis and Mike Byrne.  Special kudos to Director Matt Deluca; not only was he directing this show he has already begun the Middle School Production of Seussical.  He will quickly follow that with a Jackson Avenue play.  His love of theater and his dedication to the children of this district are unparalleled.  Thanks Matt for all you do.

I guess I have been slacking on my keeping up with all the musings. However, I just saw this post (and Mrs. Napolitano’s comment) and I would like to thank you (both) on behalf of the cast and crew. We had a great time working on this play and we are so happy to hear that the audience enjoyed themselves too.

Bravo! What another teriffic show….we are all very “spoiled” by one amazing production after another. Great talent, great crew and of course, a a great director. Who needs Broadway? OK, maybe sometimes lol, but I must say I look forward to our shows with an even greater enthusiasm!
