New York State School Boards Association
NYSSBA recently launched a new website, www.bethechangeforkids.org The website outlines the challenges all New York State districts face in the next few years. Please take a look. Two of the recommendations for school leaders include: consolidate school district functions and embrace new methods of delivering educational programs and services.

You skipped to the 3rd and 4th recommendations and left out the first and second items on the list of things that schools must do:
No. 1 – Contain employee compensation packages
No. 2 – Share services and purchasing
